EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.

Roles and Responsibilities of NBLIP Executive:

 

  • The Executive Committee is a Standing Committee of the North Bay Local Immigration Partnership (NBLIP) comprised of members from organizations with voting status

  • Provides strategic input as to the direction and activities of the North Bay Local Immigration Partnership as aligned with the deliverables and objectives as outlined in the IRCC Contribution Agreement

  • Develops a strategic plan based on the input from NBLIP partners (i.e. working groups) and oversee the implementation of this plan

  • Offer guidance and support to the NBLIP coordinator

  • Reviews regularly the progress made against the plan; address key issues and challenges

  • Offers guidance and makes recommendations to NBLIP staff on the creation of working groups including potential members of these groups

  • Leadership and oversight of the project

  • Makes decisions with the assistance and project management experience of the NBLIP Coordinator
